“Who else wants to live a life filled with joy, happiness and peace?”

Life should be fun

Dear Friend

  • Do you yearn for a life that’s joyful?
  • Would you love to be happy? Not just to have moments of happiness, but to live a life filled with happiness?
  • Would you like to laugh more? And I don’t just mean light hearted laughter…I mean really deep, belly aching laughter…the kind that has you shaking and holding your sides. The kind where afterwards you feel a wave of calm, and a feeling of lightness…
  • Would you love to think positive thoughts, and let go of the negative?
  • Would you like to be more accepting and loving towards everyone (including yourself) and not just the few?

So what if there is a way? What if there’s a really simple, powerful way? A way to let go of all your limiting beliefs?

What if, in doing that, you could allow the real you…the true you…to shine through?

You can’t become what you already are

Did you know that you’re already perfect, whole and complete? Hard though that may seem to accept sometimes, it’s true – you were born that way.

Unfortunately, most of us forget that simple truth. It’s only our programming – those accumulated beliefs that we learn from those closest to us, and from the wider world – that teaches us that we are limited beings.

We’re told that we have to go somewhere, do something, find something, before we can become whole, happy and free. We’re continually looking outside ourselves for the answers.

We’re taught to forget what, and who, we really are.

None of it’s real

What if you realised that all the problems and limitations you experience were all an illusion?

What if you realised it wasn’t real? And that because it isn’t real, that you could easily let it go?

I bet if I asked you to, you could produce a huge long list of all your problems, anxieties, worries, and fears. In fact, I bet you could tell me a really compelling, heartfelt story about them – who did what to who, when and why, and how that made you feel.

And I bet you’re continually using those memories and thinking about a probable future…using your remembered past to imagine and project what’s going to happen in your future.

But did you realise that it’s your thoughts that are responsible for the world you see around you? In the words of Buddha, “All that you are is a result of all that you have thought.”

Positive thinking alone doesn’t work

Many of us are told to try and control our thoughts. Think positively. Stop your negative thoughts in their tracks and replace them with a positive one. A great idea, but have you ever tried it?

It’s estimated that people have as many as 60,000 thoughts a day – wow, try controlling that! Do you feel tired already…?

A really good guide to what we are thinking is to become aware of our feelings. You’ll notice that during the day you may experience negative feelings such as anxiety… fear… maybe even hopelessness. And these are a really good indicator of the thoughts that you’re thinking – even the ones you’re not consciously aware of.

But if you’re not consciously aware of them, how can you change them? The answer is to let go of the underlying emotions.

What if I told you that there is a really simple, powerful, easy to learn and easy to use technique to release unwanted emotions in the moment?

A way to quickly and easily let go of the feelings that are holding you back…to let go at the source?

There is an answer. There is a way. It’s called The Sedona Method®.

What is The Sedona Method?

The Sedona Method is one of the best ways I know to release limiting emotions and feelings in the moment. Through a simple series of questions and techniques, you can rediscover the natural ability we all have to just let things go.

You’ve probably seen a young child dusting themself off after a fall if they don’t catch anyone’s eye. Or watched them playing happily and lovingly with a friend that they had an argument with just five minutes earlier like nothing had happened.

If you look back over your life you’ll probably remember times when you yourself have just let go. Unfortunately, we generally let go only by accident, or when our backs are against the wall and we have no choice.

It’s an ability we’re all born with…to just let our feelings go.
