I’ve been there too

As you can read in my story of how the Sedona Method helped bring me back from the brink of a nervous breakdown, I know what’s it’s like to be ‘in the pit’.

If you’re as busy as most people I see, taking 2.5 to 3 hours out of your day every week to travel and see a therapist is probably time you can ill-afford – doubly so in the current climate.

Total privacy

Of course, your discussions with me (or any reputable therapist) are completely confidential.  But with The Sedona Method, your privacy is even greater than that, for two reasons.

Firstly, as I’ve already mentioned, you don’t have to visit me at my clinic for me to be able to help you.  That way, there’s no chance of anyone spotting you going in or out, or meeting you in the waiting room.

Secondly, you don’t have to go into great detail about the facts of your situation (your ’story’), where you work, or what you do.

In fact, I can help you release on the feelings you’re experiencing without knowing anything about what caused them.

No need to discuss things at length

Not only do you not have to explain everything to me, but you don’t even need to explain it to yourself.

Unlike most other therapies, The Sedona Method does not need you to explain, or understand in great detail, why you’re feeling the way you are.

If you’ve ever been tried other forms of ‘talking’ therapy, you may be like many of the clients I have coming to me in desperation.

I hear, time and time again, that they’ve got a fantastic understanding of how they got to where they are, the causes, and so on…but still feel just as bad, or worse, than when they started.

When we’re working together, I just need to know how you’re feeling in that moment – and you can start to release it.  It’s the feelings, emotions, and sensations that matter – not the ‘back story’ that created them.

Yes, I know that probably sounds impossible, or too good to be true.  As a highly qualified hypnotherapist, I’d based all my previous therapy around going back to the root cause, and resolving that.

However, the results I’ve seen, and experienced personally, from The Sedona Method have proven to me that releasing what you’re feeling in the moment is quicker, easier, gentler, and more effective.

To quote Hale Dwoskin (creator of The Sedona Method):

“You only need to understand your problems if you’re planning on having them again”.

Speed

When you’re feeling down, desperate, or out of control, you want to feel better FAST.

What you don’t want is to have to commit to seeing a therapist for an hour or two every week for weeks, months or, in some cases I see, years.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve done the whole ‘weekly sessions thing’ with clients, and they tell me it’s been worth every penny they’ve spent.  I’ve been able to help people with years or decades worth of ‘baggage’ let go and move on.

But even though I was fast before starting to use The Sedona Method, using these techniques is like going from driving a Lada to driving a Ferrari with rocket boosters!

Every individual is different, but I’ve seen incredible transformations in as little as 10 minutes (see Client Successes for some examples).

Typically though, you could feel instant improvements by the end of the first session, and transformed within 2-3 hours.

For some people, the transformation is subtle at first, and for others it’s a ‘road to Damascus’ experience.

You may find that the issue you came to me for isn’t what changes initially.  Other areas of your life may start to improve first as you let go, before your original issue starts to shift too.

Tools you can use yourself

One of the most powerful benefits of The Sedona Method is that it teaches you a set of tools and techniques that you can use yourself, anywhere and any time, without any assistance from, or dependence on, a therapist.

Being able to release unwanted emotions and limiting beliefs is a natural skill we’re all born with, but which gets drummed out of us by well-meaning parents, other adults and society at large.

However, once you’re relearned (or, if you prefer, rediscovered) how to do it again, you’ll never forget it.  With practice, you quickly find that releasing becomes as natural as breathing.

In a meeting and someone’s winding you up, or at a critical moment in some negotiations?  Release on it and boom – you’re instantly back to feeling calm and in control.

Woken up at 2am in the morning and feeling so panicky you can’t sleep?  Release on it and ahhhhh – you’re instantly calm and can drift back off.

Of course, the big question is – how much does all this cost?

After your initial free 15-minute chat, if you decide to work with me, I charge £70 per hour to help you achieve the outcome you’re looking for, and typically only need 2-3 sessions for you to experience life-changing results.
